Google Pixel 7a Smartphone Announced, Priced At Under £500
The Google Pixel 7a smartphone has arrived which shares features found on the premium Pixel smartphone range at a price that’s much more accessible.
The Pixel 7a has the same familiar camera bar design as found on the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro and it’s available in 4 colour choices. The new Pixel 7a smartphone also features, for the first time on the A-series range, Face Unlock, 8GB of RAM, an up to 90Hz Smooth Display and wireless charging.
Cameras found on the Pixel smartphones have always impressed and the camera system on the Pixel 7a has been completely upgraded with the main camera featuring a sensor that’s 72% larger than the one found on the Pixel 6a. Plus, it has an all-new 13-megapixel ultrawide lens and Night Sight functions twice as fast as it did on the Pixel 6a.
For the first time on an A-series, the Pixel 7a has a Long Exposure function and the 13MP front camera will capture 4K video. You also have access to Google’s Super Res Zoom which gets you up to 8x closer to subjects, e Magic Eraser and Photo Unblur in Google Photos and Real Tone technology so skin tone is accurately represented.
