Common Blue Butterfly Image Wins 'Photo Of The Week'

A brilliant example of nature photography has won our ‘Photo of the Week’ (POTW) accolade. 

The image, captured by NigelKiteley, shouts ‘summer’ with lovely bright colours that allow the butterfly to ‘pop’ from the frame. Everything that needs to be pin-sharp is and the added detail of the Yellow Rattle adds another level of interest to the shot. The lovely composition and bokeh background finish the shot off nicely.
