A Stunning Image Of A Ruby-Throated Hummingbird Wins 'Photo Of The Week'

A beautiful capture of a Ruby-Throated Hummingbird in mid-flight has earned our ‘Photo of the Week’ title.

Taken by ephotozine member TDP43, the image showcases the bird’s vibrant colours against a softly blurred background. The details in the hummingbird’s feathers and the delicate iridescence of its throat are exceptionally clear.

One member described it as a ‘stunning avian capture with incredible colour and clarity,’ and we can see why this stunning shot is a deserving winner of our accolade.
